DHL
Shipping
On Monday, November 10, 2008, DHL
announced a major restructuring for its operations in the United States.
DHL will end their domestic shipping operations in the U.S.A. in January.
Since the restructuring involves significant layoffs, we are
recommending that our clients use another shipping company. Our
experience is that FedEx is the most reliable option for express
shipping. We have also found their customer service to be much better
than the other companies.
UPDATE - January 5, 2009: DHL
has already closed most of the drop boxes located nearby to our office or to
the Consulates. As a result, we are no longer able to
ship return packages via DHL. We will continue to accept any packages
shipped via DHL.
